I had actually forgot where I had purchased my last clones as far as the name of the company, but I searched around and saw great similarities in their description of their cones, and called up and talked to Collins and realized this is the guy I had worked with the prior year. Arrived fast and we had mild weather. But still all were super wilted. 3 of 7 never recovered and almost completely dead.. 2 may still make it. 2 are doing ok. Big waste of money. Arrived quick and were planted within an hour. Emailed that night and No response from the company. Make sure you document everything. As they state in a email need to take pics when opening with a clock. Why not put that on the order page? Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 clones but never received a tracking . I called and they sent me 3 more clones Plus 1 more clone for my trouble. I received my first order on time and the replacement of 4 more 2 days later at no charge. I offered to send the order back and they said keep them. Thanks to everyone. Involved in taking care of this. Excellent costumer service. I will purchase more from this company

We had a little hiccup with shipping, the plants got stuck over the weekend with fedex , not knowing the condition of thoes plants they still sent a replacement order with shipping info almost immediately. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever worked with. Fast response , A service , will be ordering again.
